Our Program

We use training in small groups that allow the youth to learn teamwork as well as give them enough room for individual development. Within each OSG Group, the members are organized in groups called “sections” according to their age. Also, in OSG, the local units are referred to as “Groups,” not “Troops” (which only applies to the Pathfinder section). To understand this process, the organization of an OSG Group is like an umbrella. Each OSG Group will have under it one or more sections: either an Otter Raft, Timberwolf Pack, Pathfinder Troop, or Rover Crew.
